A few facts about me...
I am a mum of three, a Gee-Gee (grandmother) of two, a lover of crystals and a strong Aries woman. Married for 25 years. I had my first child at 18 years old...she turned out ok ;)
I have struggled my entire life to love myself. I've been working on my mother and father wounds most my life. I have such a beautiful relationship with my dad, since he has passed. My mother is one of my best friends.
Slow mornings bring me joy. I felt like I rushed through my entire life while raising my children. Having the ability to choose a slow intentional start to my day balances my energy.
I love energy work, crystals, essential oils, sound healing, fresh flowers, palo santo and oracle cards. I often use these tools within my healing and intuitive sessions.
Freedom is my highest value, besides family.
