I 'feel' energy. It may sound a little weird, though it's a sense or feeling that someone or something is in my energy space. I can also 'see' spirit. Now, I don't see them sitting in front of me like I would if I was in the room with you face to face.
I see them in my mind...like a memory. That's probably the best way to describe it. I sense an energy, feel if it's male or female.
I may ask spirit what generation they are from. I may sense a grandparent for example; get a physical image or aspect about that person. This is called mediumship where you see/communicate with a loved one who has passed over.
Sometimes I might see how they passed or how they felt at the end of their time here on Earth.
I may see a word, colour, image or situation. I can feel the emotions of others in the room. I feel emotions easily. They arrive, then leave just as fast. This is how I know they are not my emotions, but those of the loved one who has passed or of the connection to the person I am reading at the time.
I use a mixture of modalities when reading, which is important to know, as this allows you to see if my reading technique is a good fit for you.

I choose to use essential oils in all of my readings and energy healing sessions. I intuitively choose the blend so its already diffusing when my client arrives. I like to clear my space before I work. The crystals are cleansed and set with intention. The room is beautiful, calming, quiet, clean and private. Healing music gently plays in the background.
A medium is someone who communicates with passed over spirits. They may see, sense, feel or hear information and images. I don't call myself a medium as I do not always see or sense who the information is coming from with every client. I refer to myself as an intuitive as I have a number of modalities I use (listed above) to interpret the information I receive in a reading or meditation. However I am psychic and I do often use mediumship.

I read from a space I created in my home. Therefore I do not share my space with any other Intuitive or psychic. This allows for the energy space to always flow with the intention I have created. This is located in Raworth, Hunter Valley, NSW Australia.
The room is very feminine, safe, peaceful and a little boho for sure.

Intuitive readings are available to women and teens. However, I mainly work with women. I do not have a particular age that I start reading for. I choose this on an individual basis depending on maturity, situation and life circumstance.
