Reiki Infused Harmony Healing

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing technique developed in Japan, practised for many years all over the world, that aims to increase energy levels, promote relaxation and general wellbeing.

This gentle form of energy healing, travels to the desired area of the body or energy field that requires healing, even if hands are not placed on that area of the body.

Reiki can be offered as a gentle touch or by placing hands just above your body to cleanse, clear and balance the aura, body and cells.

Chakras are energy centres within the body that connect to organs, limbs, systems and cells. These chakras are also connected to our auras, the energy fields around our bodies.

When our chakras are out of alignment or are unbalanced we may feel flat, depressed, anxious, low, tired, unhappy or generally unwell.

Energetically clearing and balancing these energy centres within our bodies can allow for our energy to radiate at a more even vibration.

All dis-ease starts in the auric field, before manifesting in the physical body. Healing our chakras, heals our aura and rebalances our energy to follow in rhythm with our soul and divine purpose. 

My Reiki Infused Harmony Healings are in The Reiki Room - a little space I have attuned especially for healing within my own home in Raworth NSW Australia. 

Here you will find a calm, comfortable, clean and inviting space. 

This room is set with intention to offer a safe space for relaxation and healing, while you enjoy some quite time to yourself.

So how does is all work?

On arrival we have a quick chat, to discuss what your desired outcomes may be and answer any questions that you may have before your session starts.

Once we get you comfortable on the healing bed, an assortment of crystals are placed intuitively on and around your body. 

A weighted eye pillow is offered, along with pillows and blankets.

Beautiful healing music plays softly within the room. 

Essential oils are diffusing, the candles are lit and the blinds are drawn.

I may choose an Aura Soma colour pomander to enhance your healing.

Reiki will flow the entire duration of the session. A number of trapped negative emotions will be released from your subconscious. This is very gentle energy shift, requiring no need to revisit these moments from your past. Followed by a short individual grounding and protective meditation to encapsulate the healing energies.

Often, I will write down what I see intuitively during the harmony healing session, this is yours to keep. Once the session is complete you will be offered a glass of filtered water while we discuss what I saw/felt throughout your energy healing. To end the healing I offer you oracle cards to shuffle. The cards never lie. Its always beautiful to see what flows out as a tiny gift from spirit to you in this moment. 

Reiki Infused Harmony Healing sessions run for 1.5 hours. 

These sessions are available to women and teens. I do not have a particular age restriction, however I choose this on an individual basis depending on maturity, situation and life circumstances. 

Reiki is a beautiful healing modality that works wonders for anyone willing, open and receptive to healing and living in harmony.
